Shipping
For safety and convenience, all orders are shipped via registered post. This enables us to provide tracking information for all national and international orders.
We strive to post orders made before 3pm GMT that same working day. Orders made after 3pm will be posted the next working day. Once your order has been shipped we will email you your tracking code(s).
Please note that at present we are unable ship our liquid soaps, lotions and activated charcoal exfoliator outside of Ireland.
Shipping fees
Ireland: Free shipping on all orders
UK and Europe: €15 per order
Rest of World: €25 per order
Irish orders should arrive within 2 working days after being posted, orders made in the UK & Europe will take 3-7 working days to arrive, while orders in the rest of the world will take 6-10 working days to arrive.
Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its effects on (inter)national shipping, orders may experience delays beyond our control.
